Context
From 2017 MOIA built a new mobility service from scratch in Hamburg – a deep-tech startup with high pace, many stakeholders and a fixed launch goal.
My role
I joined in January 2017 as a freelance front-end developer and later took on the roles of senior front-end engineer and team lead for a team of front-end developers.
Approach
- Lean and product-driven: get features to users early, collect feedback, iterate
- Pragmatic solutions that support business value and technical architecture alike
- Close collaboration with product and fleet operations across all levels
Result
The team regularly reached its milestones ahead of their deadlines – and together achieved more than anyone thought possible at the start.
